The MoneyMaker Daily Lineup Analysis Data
This data will be set with the 2023 xwOBA data. We will consider updating to the 2024 current season data in June when there is enough of a database for it.
We focus the data on starters vs. the other team's lineups. League average wOBA 0.319.
Starting for the Astros- Cristian Javier vs. the Angels
The Angels project as a team to hit 0.308 xwOBA today.

If YOU HAVE to pick an Angels player, I would take O'Hoppe over 0.5 total bases (-170(
The runs model would project the Angels to score 4.3 runs today if the starting pitcher was in the game for 9 innings.
Starting for the Angels- Griffin Canning vs. the Astros
The Astros project as a team to hit 0.332 xwOBA today.
Canning has reverse xwOBA splits in 2023. Although, in 2024 - with a smaller sample size- this is not true.
The Astros best bet fantasy stars today are:
Alvarez (0.437)- over 1.5 Total Bases (-115 on Bovada)- This qualifies as a LGM Pick of the Day
At 0.345 xwOBA, Tucker is NOT a pick today if we use the 2023 data and is a pick if we used 2024 data.
Diaz (0.378) is close to the threshold. I am going to recommend
Diaz over 0.5 HITS (-260)
The runs model would project the Astros to score 5.1 runs today if the starting pitcher was in the game for 9 innings.
